This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Christopher Michael Achord who was born in Kansas Leavenworth on November 5, 1980 and passed away on May 27, 2007. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Christopher M. Achord, 26, of Leavenworth, died Sunday, May 27, 2007, in a traffic accident in Moberly, Mo., while working in the area.  He was born November 5, 1980, in Leavenworth, the son of John and Brenda (VanDruff) Achord.

Chris is survived by his parents of Easton, his fiancé Juliana Lynch of the home, an infant son, Christopher John Achord.  He is also survived by his siblings; Eddie (Liz) Bowman of Great Bend, Kan., Jennifer (Hans) Hoeltzel of Leavenworth, Jonnie (Doug) Fox of Jacksonville, N.C., Chrissy (Jim) Russell of Easton, Kan., Kimberly Kretzer of Jacksonville, N.C. Additional survivors are his grandmother,  Betty VanDruff of Easton, eight nieces and nephews who he dearly loved and many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grand parents; Grover C. VanDruff and Jay and Louise Achord.

Chris enjoyed music, all types of sports and was the number one Patriot fan.
